So we build every site to order, answer our own messages, and look after each one properly, month after month. You run your business. We'll make sure your website keeps up.
Questions people ask.
Do I own my website and domain?
Your domain (your web address) is registered in your name from day one, so it's always yours. We host and look after the site itself while you're with us.
What happens if I cancel?
There's a 6-month minimum, then it's rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. When you leave, you keep your domain, and you can buy a full copy of your site for a fixed £250 to take wherever you like. If you don't want the copy, we take the site down at the end of your notice. And if you're not happy within your first 30 days, you can cancel straight away and we'll refund your first month.
Will my business show up on Google?
We set up and link your Google Business Profile, and build every page with the basics Google looks for: clear page titles, descriptions, fast loading and the areas you cover. Nobody can honestly promise the top spot, but we give you a proper foundation.
I already have a website. Can you redo it?
Yes. Send us the link and we'll build a free preview of the new version, so you can compare them side by side. We can usually keep your existing domain.
Do you write the words?
Yes. Tell us about your business in a quick chat and we'll write clear, friendly copy for every page. You check it and tell us what to change.
How many changes can I make?
Up to 3 small changes a month are included. A small change is anything that takes about 20 minutes, like updating prices, swapping a photo, changing your opening hours or rewording a paragraph. Each one is done within 2 working days. Need more that month? Extra small changes are £20 each. Bigger jobs, like a new page or feature, get a fixed quote before we start. Unused changes don't roll over.
How long does it take?
Most previews are ready within a few days. Once you approve it, your site can go live the same week.
What do I need to provide?
A few details about your business, your logo if you have one, and photos of your work (phone photos are fine). For backgrounds and atmosphere, we'll source professional imagery.
Is the preview really free?
Yes. We build it, you look at it, and if you don't love it, you owe nothing.
